Service provider: ΔΗΜΗΤΡΙΟΣ ΦΑΡΣΕΔΑΚΗΣ, a sole proprietorship established in Greece, trading as “DineSlate”. Registered address: 151 Makrygianni Street, Moschato 18346, Greece. VAT number: 079009366, ΚΕΦΟΔΕ ΑΤΤΙΚΗΣ. Legal and data-protection contact: reservations@dineslate.com.

These terms apply to guests using a restaurant’s public booking page operated through DineSlate.

1. Who does what

DineSlate supplies the technical booking infrastructure.

The restaurant is the hospitality provider and the business you deal with for your visit.

2. A reservation request is not a confirmed reservation

Submitting the form creates a reservation request. It is not a final confirmation.

The restaurant decides whether to accept, decline, waitlist you or propose an alternative time.

The reservation is confirmed only after the confirmation email has been sent.

3. What the restaurant controls

  • availability and opening times
  • seating and table allocation
  • menus, pricing and offers
  • accessibility of the venue
  • cancellation and late-arrival rules
  • guest service during the visit

4. Accurate information

Please provide an accurate name, phone number and email address. Incorrect details may prevent confirmation or contact.

5. Cancellation

A cancellation is complete only once the cancellation action has been successfully recorded by the system and the confirmation of that action is shown.

An email or message that did not complete technically does not constitute a cancellation.

6. Reminders and email delivery

You may receive a reminder before your reservation. Reminder delivery is not guaranteed.

Email depends on third-party networks and may be delayed or filtered as spam.

7. Post-visit evaluation

After your visit you may receive an invitation to submit an evaluation. Participation is optional.

Your evaluation is not automatically published publicly; it is used by the restaurant for internal quality control.

8. Complaints

Complaints about your experience at the restaurant (food, service, venue, billing) must be directed to the restaurant itself.

For technical issues with the booking platform you can contact reservations@dineslate.com.

9. Personal data

For your reservation data the restaurant is the controller and DineSlate acts as processor on its behalf.

Full details are in the Privacy Policy at /en/privacy.

10. Restaurant-specific terms

Where the restaurant publishes its own reservation terms or policies (for example deposits, maximum late arrival, dress code), those remain applicable and control your relationship with the restaurant.

11. Governing law

Governing law: the laws of Greece. Competent courts: the competent courts of Athens, Greece. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
